it's pretty much a downward direction that i'm heading. It's very frustrating
at times when your body can't keep up with your mind.

Is there any way i can do to play like i was 25 again? :D
I have been doing training and all that but somehow i can't improve my reaction
to smashes.

The classes are oriented towards family bonding, between parent and children. Beside family bonding through learning together, the parent will carry the badminton knowledge to train their children in their own time.

The coach for this program is a highly experienced, ex-National player and is involved in many education-sports program in Singapore.

Fee are $240 per pair for 4 sessions of 2 hours training. Fee is inclusive of court booking and shuttles.
